We are not regulated by the Financial Services Rules and do not have the necessary authorization to advise on "regulated mortgage contracts" (in the language of the Rules), but over the years we have built up contacts with some excellent mortgage brokers who do have the necessary expertise and authorization.We have therefore put in place a small panel of brokers who have agreed to offer a review service to those who visit our site.
