Schedule of Additional Standard Conveyancing Charges

These charges will only apply if the following additional work arises in connection with your transaction.
  1. Transactions which need to be effected by a Power of Attorney whether yours or by another party to the transaction. £70.00
  2. Correcting a minor Defective Title (misdescription of property, lost documents etc). £75.00
  3. Correcting a Defective Title for example a defective Lease,A minimum fee of £150.00
  4. Application for First Registration £100.00
  5. Appointment of New Trustee. £75.00
  6. Arranging Title Insurance to cover of lack of Building Regulation Approval, lack of Planning Permission, lack of consent under Restrictive Covenants or similar Title Insurance arrangements £75.00
  7. Charge for any Statutory Declaration, found to be necessary. (excluding statutory Oath fee payable to Notary) Minimum of £75.00
  8. Home Visits or Site Inspections (within 10 miles) of Robson Palmer's South Shields office £75.00
  9. New Build Property £100
  10. Unregistered land £70.00
  11. Dealing with a property management company. £100.00
  12. Shared Ownership, i.e. where you, (and your partner), own a part share in the property and another organisation, for instance a Housing Association, own the remainder of the property £150.00
  13. Purchase of Freehold title to allow sale of Leasehold Property / Obtaining extension to Lease term £200.00
  14. Paying off Vendors Creditors £50.00 per account
  15. Charge where Contract Race involved £150.00
  16. Deed of Postponement £75.00
  17. Obtaining copies of missing documents which clients are unable to supply Minimum of £25.00 per document
  18. Location of Missing Title Deeds from £50.00
  19. Deeds handling fee £10.00
  20. Sending more than one cheque to distribute funds £15.00 per cheque
  21. Certification of Documents £10.00
  22. Accepting payments by debit card £5.00
  23. Accepting payments by credit card 2% per transaction
